Upon further analysis of my chart, it seems that there is a direct correlation between my excessive amounts of sleep and my moods. It appears that the more I sleep, the worse I feel. I was sleeping around 6-7 hours maximum, previously. Lately, I've been leaning towards the 10+ hours range. It does make sense -
inactivity breeds depression. Now I just have to make myself get up much earlier. I've got my work cut out for me!
